How are Vesco Cycles delivered?

All cycles are shipped 85% pre-assembled in a secure carton. You will only need to install the pedals, handlebars, and front wheel using the toolkit provided in the box.

What is the warranty policy on Vesco frames?

We offer a lifetime warranty on all carbon and alloy frames against manufacturing defects, and a one-year warranty on drivetrain components and suspension forks.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship across the continental United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your specific location and the model selected.

How do I choose the right frame size?

Each product page features a detailed size guide based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for better stability.

What is your return policy for bicycles?

You can return your cycle within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in unused condition and in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply.
